So for the rotor blade, I don't quite see why dm/dt is the rate of massflow
through the fluid.
Isn't the case of the helicopter exactly analagous to the case of a rocket.
Just as the rocket is ejecting fuel, the rotor blades of the helicopter are
'ejecting' air at a certain velocity, the only difference is that the
helicopter does not have to carry its own air. Am i correct?
