CYA is alive and well in the USA. I used to get beat up more than
most kids, but that was in the forties, and the assailants were
allgedly my peers. A half century later I suspect the same thing
still goes on, but now the administrators are doing it to us too!
Make no mistake, this is relevant to many among us. It is not
physics, but I am very glad that Bill posted this here. The price
of liberty is eternal vigilance, and I was unaware (but I am
unsurprised) that this sort of thing is going on.
