I had the same problem. Then I added an 'l' to the final extension.

The problem is in the way different operating systems handle file
extensions. MSDOS and Windows 3.1 (and Mac OS's, I think) only use
3-digit extensions (i.e. the first 3 digits), so they and their
applications think that .htm and .html are the same.

On the other hand, Win95/Win98 has long file names capability that
interprets S-118G.htm and S-118G.html as two completely different files.
