FACT: in order for a virus to infect or do damage, it must be an
executable
and you have to run it. The only way to get a virus through email is if
they attach a program and
you manually run it. If you don't run any programs you receive in such
manner, YOU HAVE NOTHING
TO WORRY ABOUT!

Isn't it possible to infect MSWord using a Macro as a virus? I was once so
infected, and was not aware of having downloaded and run an executable
(might it have been done through a Word document file?).
