IMHO the cream-of-the-crop in Win9x image editors shareware is Paint Shop
Pro, which is currently in version 5.01 at $99.  It is available at all
shareware sites I have visited.  The only thing better is the commercial
app Adobe Photoshop at $999.

Also IMHO the best shareware site is Tucows.  US residents select a local
affiliate at <http://www.tucows.com/UnitedStates.html>.  International
colleagues would go to <http://www.tucows.com/>.

Also, another very interesting shareware site is Stroud's highly selective
"consummate winsock apps" site at <http://cws.internet.com/>.
