Hmm... I just noticed that this is the speed of the electron in the first
Bohr orbit--i.e., the speed of light divided by the fine structure
constant.

It reminds me that one year approx. = pi x 10^7. It would be exact if the
Earth's orbit was not slightly elliptical. Moving right along...
