Thanks, Tim. That's not quite as complex as the Schoedinger wave
equation and I think I can work through it to discover a message's
transmission date/time according to my calendar/clock. I don't want
to belabor the point but it seems like it would would be a lot easier
all around to just use GMT the way other world-wide comm channels do.
Do we subtract one less hour between the end of April and the end of
October?
