Colleague James Wheeler fixed my blunder, but was too polite to post it to
the list:

Actually you should have said that sin(theta)/theta=>1 and
tan(theta)/theta=>1 , as theta approaches 0, but only in radian units.
(The limits would be 2pi/360 in degrees) !->))).
