As you wrote, dt goes with dE, not with dx. Without digging in a text
I can not solve the proble below. How do you translate dE into dx?

Problem: Given that the maximum delta t achievable is less than
5 x 10^17 s (the age of the universe) what is the largest conceivable
isolated system that could meaningfully be considered capable of being
in a stationary state?

By "large" I mean in number of degrees of freedom, not physical
extent. Figure a number of degrees of freedom and compare to
some comparable physical system. How many atoms in a crystal to
make it incapable of being in exactly one eigenstate? (I was
hoping for something more interesting than a crystal.)
