They are accessible to the better students, and they ought to be
compulsory for teachers of physics. My copies are very well used,
and I consider that to be a badge of honor. There are many things
done better in the Feynman lectures than they are done anywhere
else, and the presentation is radically different from any other
introductory textbook.
