I have a Garmin 38 which is older technology, but fun.
They are to be found for less than US$150 now. Is your
antenna equipment portable? If it is fixed, wouldn't a
USGS quad sheet be more appropriate? Could it be that
your utility poles are coded (as our older ones are)
with geographical coordinates to better than 100 feet?
