Pi doesn't change value. Pi is a fixed mathematical onject, defined by
power series, integrals and such things.

What it means, for example is that the ratio of the surface area of a
sphere around a very massive body to the radius squared is not quite
4*pi. The sum of the angles of a triangle around a massive body is not
quite pi radians, but pi itself hasn't changed.
