Here is a short list of units which are certainly not SI given to me by
a group of my midhipmen(students).  They thought that the list was
hilarious and were laughing out loud as they gave it to me.

	   1000 microphones = 1 megaphone
	           10 cards = 1 dekacards
	454.3 gram crackers = 1 pound cake
	        100 rations = 1 C ration
	          8 nickels = 2 paradigms
	 1,000,000 piccolos = 1 gigolo
	       2 snake eyes = 1 paradise
	  2000 mockingbirds = 2 kilamockingbirds
