Eric's programs are (or used to be) available for PCs from Physics
Academic Software.  They require MS BASIC (or BASICA) for delivary. 
Unfortunately MS BASIC is not part of WIN 95 (as it was for WIN 3.1).
However, I've copied BASIC from win 3.1 onto a win95 machine and it runs
just fine in an MS DOS window.  The graphics are CGA quality, but the
animations are terrific, especially dipole radiation.
