I am using studyworks, which is a baby of mathcad 7 it costs less then
graphical analysis(I think) and it allows math to be entered as math and
the graphs are great. So far I have had very good results with my
conceptual physics students

At the basic end, there's Graphical Analysis from Vernier. At $50 for your
whole school, you can't go too far wrong. Mathcad will also do what you
want for more money and much more complexity.

You can also automate the graphing process in Excel with the WPtools. Look
at physics.dickinson.edu in the software section. The WPtools are free,
and consist of a set of macros that automate the graphing process. Select
the data with a quick drag, hit one button, and you have a scatter graph.
