Interesting. One always wonders about how much truth there is in these
campus based urban legends. Most web pages that I've seen this one on
state the student's grade was "unknown". Perhaps we have second story
here, another teacher assigns the same question, a student pulls a
response off the web and gets an A for it ... just a possibility, this is
more likely a variant on the same story.

Speaking of such though, I'm reminded of the story from a
couple of weeks ago where a student won a science fair with what was
largely a rip off of the dihydrogen oxide spoof including the idea from
Donald's page of seeing how people would respond if it was presented to
them seriously. One would hope that any sources used were referenced.
