Well, this may be one solution: JGreen should talk with his internet
provider and see if they can provide him with such a filtering.

J Green: I have received your "examples". They are irritating.I can
understand you now.
By the way, it was really astonishing seing a mail from you offering
me x-rated videos . All became clear later, when a saw your first mail
notifying me you would send me some examples of what you are getting..

For the 'spamming' companies, blocking them is the only solution. Some
email programs let you filter messages. Here at eskimo.com, the company
provides a global service. They expunge everything from cyberpromo.com,
savetrees.com, and answerme.com (among others).
