I really need some help from high school teachers out there!! Please
take a few minutes to respond and I would really appreciate it.
You will be rewarded at some time in the future!

Please identify the type of physics course (i.e. level, conceptual
or not, AP or regular) that the majority of the students in your
school take.

Please send back an email TO ME indicating what topics
YOU DO NOT GENERALLY COVER from these listed.
Just send me a string of numbers, or send the word
ALL if you cover them all.

1. One dimensional Motion, constant velocity
2. One dimensional motion, constant acceleration
3. Free fall
4. Projectile motion
5. Circular motion
6. Newtons 1st law
7. Newtons 2nd law
8. Newtons 3rd law
9. Free body diagrams
10. Friction
11. Newtons Law of Gravitation
12. Weight
13. Work
14. Kinetic energy
15. Gravitational potential energy
16. Work/energy transfers
17. Work and non-c
mentum
18. Conservation of momentum
19. Collisions
20. Simple Pendulum
21. Mass on a Spring (HookeUs law)
22. Traveling waves
23. Standing Waves
24. Refraction/ Reflection of waves
25. Longitudinal waves
26. Transverse waves

27. Interference of waves
28. Resonance of sound waves in pipes
29. Mirrors/len
s ray tracing
30. Lens/mirror equation
31. CoulombUs law
32. Electric Field
33. Current and batteries
34. Circuits (DC)
35. Magnets
36. Magnetic field
37. Motors
38. Generators
39. Any modern physics (e.g. atomic, nuclear, particles)

Thanks in advance
Hi:

I teach physics- among other subjects at an Alternative high school for
at risk students. We cover everything BUT the following numbers:17, 23,
28,30,31. Some years I might get more into one subject than others. It
is more of a conceptual physics class.
