To become a phys-L-er do the following:
1) send the e-mail message to LISTPROC@MAILER.UWF.EDU with an empty subject
line and the content SUBSCRIBE PHYS-L
2) wait for their reply (with instructions how to use PHYS-L)
3) in case of difficulties contact R. Smith at RSMITH@GULF.NET; he is the
"owner" of out list server.
