Re: taboo science and politics

Be aware that [cold fusion] is "taboo science".

The science fact article in the latest Analog (cover date June 1997)
is about several of these topics. The author is J.D. Kooistra, a
former physics teacher (now professional writer). Included are the
propagation speed of gravity, Ampere forces, and the age of the
Sphinx. Given the recent EM threads here, the Ampere force
experiments might be of real interest to some.

Re: From another poster, *not* Beaty
Oh, the politics? One post urging us to political action was
enough; 6 was excessive. (Also inappropriate, but that's another
topic -- perhaps PC science instead of taboo science.)
