Cheap CCD cameras

For anyone on the lookout for a small bare-board CCD camera, the MARLIN P. 
JONES surplus catalog has one for $66!  This is the lowest level I have
seen the prices fall to.  (I relented and bought one when they got down to
$120.)  One question.  Does EIA composite video equal NTSC compatible?  If
not, that explains the low price.
