My suggestion for a small liberal arts school physics program would probably be
either Kenyon College or Oberlin College, both in Ohio. I would also recommend
my alma-mater, Mount Union College (also in Ohio), if they don't object to a VE
RY small department (2 faculty, usually graduating about 3 physics majors per y
ear).
