URGENT HELP

Hello
Create a fraction of the two units involved. EX: 1m = 100 cm so your
fraction will be (1m/100cm) or (100 cm/1m). This fraction will be equal
to "1". You will then multiply your original quantity by this fraction.
Your original quantity (being multiplied by "1") will not change in value,
but it will look different; there will be new numbers and new units.

For example, if you have cubic dm and you want cubic cm, your
fraction would be either (1 dm/10cm)^3 or (10cm/1dm)^3. Which fraction do
you use? The one which will "cancel" the units you do not want and leave
the units you do want, in the place where you want them , either numerator
or denominator.

EX: 8 dm^3 = 8 dm^3 *(10cm/1 dm)^3. The cubic dm will cancel and you
will have 8*1000 cm^3 or 8000 cubic centimeters.

You can build a units fraction for whatever conversions you
need to make. For example: 0.2 cubic meters/hour equals ?? cubic cm/sec

0.2 m^3/hour * (100cm/1m)^3 * (1 hour/3600 sec)
The m^3 and the hours will both cancel out of your fractions and leave
0.2 * (1000000 cm^3)/3600sec

Good luck.
