A test with crib sheets, open book or so is obviously
DIFFERENT than one without (it TESTS different things). One
cannot say that one is always better then the other.
I don't buy the argument that in a real life situation, the
engineer working out a project has access to all notes and books.
This is, of course, true, but if he doesn't know to solve a problem
it is also admissible (and very wise, indeed) to ask a friend - should
this also be allowed in tests????
