[Phys-L] bc or simulation failure?

Another chance to learn, I pray.


According to Thornton | Marion (If I “read” correctly) a SH oscillator when pulsed overshoots. (Gibbs effect)

I’ve tried to simulate this with many differing parameters “to no avail”.

Using change in g (linear pendulum) -- fraction of a period pulse
change in drive, as above.
