Re: [Phys-L] Power Point's Huge Waste of Paper

What I do is print the PowerPoint slides 4 to a page and then print on both
sides of the paper giving 8 slides per sheet of paper. This means a 50 min
lecture will easily fit on just 3 sheets of paper. PowerPoint gives you the
option of putting even more slides on a page, but 4/page is about as small
as my eyes can easily make out fine details.

Subject: [Phys-L] Power Point's Huge Waste of Paper

Hi all,

Have you all noticed a person coming in to give a Power Point presentation
along with a hand truck loaded with paper copies of each PP page?

It is my estimate that this system uses 10 or more times as much paper as
should be necessary.

Any remarks?

Thanks,
