[This looks like a good opportunity for physics grad students who are
interested in careers in science policy. Can you forward it to
another listserv? and/or to grad students who want a career in
policy? -- Jane Jackson, ASU physics: Modeling Instruction)

Subject: Deadline extension for Science Outside the Lab
The application deadline has been extended for this summer's science
policy immersion program in Washington, D.C. and Phoenix, presented
by the Consortium for Science, Policy and Outcomes at Arizona State
University.
The D.C. program is a great program for graduate students in science
and engineering who are interested in how decisions about science and
innovation funding, regulation, and policy are made. Students
interested in careers in science policy can survey important
fellowship opportunities and meet current science and innovation
policy professionals.
