Yes, and one way to use a barometer to measure the height of building is to find the building superintendent and offer him a good barometer if he'll tell you the height of the building.

If you are wondering what's the point, what's the physics in that....

The point is, when doing experiments on human subjects, double blinding
and other controls are reeeeeally important. You have to be super-
fastidious about this. Otherwise the results are going to be seriously
unreliable.
