/../ Reminds me of a downgraded 'bile by consumer's Union (reports) due to a steering oscillation. The research team found it was due to a "too heavy" steering wheel (moment of inertia). bc remembers the steering damper (dash pot) in his VW bug.

Absolute command of the obvious I thought: turning a vehicle with a high CG and a narrow wheel base invites roll: lateral weight transfer invites roll.
