Size less important if one uses a liquid or solid instead of a gas to fill the tyre.

bc thinks pouring Pb into the tyre would be best except for the smell. [Maybe Hg, Ga or S (melts at ~ 115C)]


p.s. the demo bi-cycle wheel at USSC has a lead "tyre".
