Depends on what you mean by "covers". "Genius", by Gleick, touches upon Feynman's experiences there. "The Making of the Atomic Bomb" by Rhodes is much more likely the kind of thing you're after, and an excellent read. "Memoirs", by Teller, has a chapter or two about Los Alamos. Another popular-level book, and so far as I can tell [I lived in and worked at Los Alamos for a while], accurate in the side-details --- though fiction --- is "Los Alamos", by Kanon.
