which, while leaving a little wiggle room, seems to indicate that that kind of thing would not be covered under "fair use." If you still want a more definitive answer, you should write to David Jackson, the current editor.

I suppose in gaining access (user name and passwd), I may have agreed to something; don't remember. Evidently it's "murky", both explicitly on the law depts'. web sites and the murky and contradictory replies.
