Before I trouble G. Galilei-ing, any one run a pendulum in reduced g? e.g. a cart falling down a ramp.
The suspension an RMS** and the acceleration measured by a linearized RMS using a thread loop attached to the cart.
** Rotary Motion Detector (optical encoder)
bc probably will do it anyway; has all the app.
