the microwave "Jewish method" for the same reason?


bc would instead add glasses of water to reduce the power in addition to intermittent "operation".


p.s. there was (is?) on the market a quasi continuous method, i.e. like a triac dimmer. full power low (variable) duty cycle w/ high frequency (relative to the usual method).
