line - specifically the Cranfield training for ATPLs - for whom polar
grid navigation is a tested knowledge area - particularly interesting
to note that though the grid is often oriented on Greenwich, it is
likely in exam questions to be oriented on the Greenwich anti-meridian
(the 180 degree meridian) - which makes the feeble "south west of the
south pole" apologia rather less than convincing... :-)
