I met this young man at the International Science and Engineering Fair two years ago. Great story he has to tell. Funny when he says, "I never even thought of entering my project into a science fair. One of my teachers made me do it." He just did it for fun with mostly donated items. Then one day, he got a call from the department of defense and though he'd done something wrong. Turns out that they wanted to see if it was feasible to scale up his project to scan trucks crossing borders.
