The cryptic acronym: PBBA ??
The even more cryptic comment: " according to Snopes doesn't." ???

What could that mean? Telegraphic, of course - but here is a sentence not only ungrammatical, subject less, verb less, sans predicate and unpunctuated, but more than usually meaningless. :-)
