Re: [Phys-l] Useless banter--was Law suit

What earthly purpose does arguing over whether MSNBC is as biased left as FOX NEWS is biased right have to do with this list?

I haven't seen anything here that actually helps me in the classroom for weeks. Let's get back to the main purpose of this list rather than continuing to amuse B.C.

ALL** news is biased.

To verify MSNBC's bias one would necessarily verify that they report extensively on lower court rulings. If not, they again reported a high court ruling, which would be not unusual. That FOX reported extensively until the highest court ruling, but one, I think, proves bias. Well, if they have the habit (a bit unlikely) of not reporting high court rulings ....

**shouting.

bc thinks MSNBC bias not proven. (in this instance)

Interesting. Google searches show a string of Fox News articles on the matter from 2007-2009. CNN did not cover the story at all. MSNBC did not cover it until last Friday when the decision was made that the teacher could not be sued. So it appears that MSNBC did not report until their biases were satisfied as well. (I'm sorry - I forgot - only Fox News is biased.)
