The _talk_ page has been deleted.

The main entry -- i.e. the page on the topic of phase space --
is still there.  The history shows no attempt to delete the 
entry.

We agree there is no meaningful text on the _talk_ page.

There are still about 2000 words of text in the entry,
including several statements that do not pass the giggle
test.

Note that the mailing list system appears to be severely 
obtunded.  Messages are being delayed 50 minutes or more.  
I have no idea why.
