Brian Whatcott wrote regarding Mathcad:Prime 1.0 is the current embodiment - but it is supplied (apparently) with rev 15, in view of the fact that prime1.0 has lost some capability present in 15, scheduled to reappear in 2.0

students and instructors for $99. I had to supply proof of being an
instructor (ID card replica, or current employment slip). Mathcad is a
powerful math and "math documentation" (i.e. full math notation and good
word processing capabilities) program. Northrop Grumman supplies it to its
engineers along with the more powerful (in my mind) program Matlab. I used
Matlab for heavy duty programs and simulations, and Mathcad for solving math
problems and writing them up in publishable text and graphics. Student
versions of Matlab ($100) are also available.
