Re: [Phys-l] Writing a review or lab report

Yes that sort of thing.  I do not know which is best and which should be used.  Well I have been asked to correct some reviews since I am the only native English speaker.  However i was no good at English at School.  It is a bit like the blind leading the blind, but I cannot get out of it without appearing rude.

Does anyone have a set of grammaticall guidlines I can use to guide myself?

Thanks
Alex

What rules and guidlines do you give your students?  Should they
write the present or past tense?.. Ie the results were found to be
in good agreement or the reults agree well with theoretical

Thanks for any advice.
