Posted on the modeling website is a revised TABLE II that goes with
David Hestenes' 1992 FCI article. It is a list of naive student
conceptions that correspond to each wrong choice on each FCI question
in the revised 1995 version.
It's password-protected. The password is the same as for the FCI.

David is a retired physics teacher who kindly volunteered in August
2009 for this service.
