I have driven in the two in Philly and never had an accident. But, I think I will stay away from there in the future knowing these stats!
Roosevelt Blvd. is one road you want to avoid. Every day there is a bad accident in the news somewhere along that 10 mile stretch of highway, which is the busiest road in the city.
Notice, New Jersey doesn't appear on either of these lists. I'm still looking for where we rank but no links so far.
