The LT for E and B clearly show that there is no way to transform singular El. field in one RF into singular Magn. field in another RF, and vice versa.
As to analogy with mass-energy relation, the LT expresses energy in one RF as a linear combination of energy and momentum in another RF, not as combination of energy and mass in that frame (the latter would not make much sense anyway).
