have access to the corridors of power?"

Another one goes, "When was the last time you saw a poor person be able 
to afford teams of lobbyists to push their interests to politicians, and 
spend millions to fund their campaigns?

Can we also talk about redistributing loss? Wealthy industries have for 
a long time been discharging their wastes (CO2 especially) into the 
environment, where now the public is expected to clean it up. Isn't this 
a form or redistribution of (negative) wealth?
