Perhaps David remembers the posts of several people (including bc)  
about him?  His name appears last year on tap-l, NCNAAPT and PTSOS;  
the latter two because he was the invited speaker at a recent NCNAAPT  
meeting.

bc he's (was?) visiting prof at Stanford.
