Isn't it true that Rice is tuitiion free?

Rice has low tuition. The original will of William Marsh Rice (murdered in New
York City in 1900 by his valet and lawyer in an attempt to inherit his fortune
by a fake will) created Rice Institute and made it tuition free. Also, it was
only for whites. Some provisions of the will were eventually overturned, so
that non-whites could attend and tuition could be charged.
Being a small school and low-tuition, it attracts many good students. I almost
went there myself.
