Actually, I guess your question is related to the "Physics Challenge".
Don't you think the question this time is a bit "faulty"? Need to make
*some assumptions* on the capacitance in order to solve it. :-)

About assumptions - dealing with capacitance as constituted
between two (pseudo) one terminal devices is frought, in my view!
