You could play the video and record the music as long as you do not plan to
use it for commercial purposes. I would also be surprised if the music was
not listed in the notes they run either at the start or the finish of the
episode.

Use a music ID service - most iPhones apparently have them. Just point
your phone toward the music and it identifies the song.
