That expresses the /two-fluid/ model of electrical charge.

1) Would anybody care to comment on this, perhaps contrasting it with the
one-fluid model?

Good Grief, why do we commonly tend to reify physics? Some try to reify energy, heat, electricity, etc etc.

These are PROPERTIES - or in the case pf heat, don't even exist.

We should stop trying to reify them
